Investing in User Experience
Quality Docs, a division of Quality Audting Services, provides online ISO internal auditing training modules. They also wanted to create an Ipad auditing application to also sell on the e-commerce site.
Because we fostered a long term relationship, we helped them to deliver an enhanced customer experience, vastly improving how users interact with their appliclation and strengthened their position in relation to their competitors.
Quality Docs wanted to create an Ipad auditing application to sell on the e-commerce site. We were commissioned to design the complex application, with the objectives being to:
- Build on current strengths in processes, people and systems
- Continuously meet or exceed the needs of customers over time with improved customer experience
- Develop a proposition that embraces all segments
- Ensure the new application delivers against key business goals and user needs
We carried out a thorough user experience design project to ensure that the application will fully supported both business goals and user needs. We delivered a full suite of designs for numerous user journeys, based on comprehensive user research that we carried out. Our designs were evaluated to ensure the most successful solution possible.

Impact & Results
This site is not currently live but we are confident that once it is, the Ipad application will enjoy increased customer satisfaction and they are delivering on their business targets.
