Quality Docs, a division of Quality Audting Services, provides online ISO internal auditing training modules.
Because we fostered a long term relationship, we helped them to deliver an enhanced user experience that will vastly improve how users interact with their services.
Quality Docs offers customers online ISO internal auditing training modules but in a market that had become increasingly competitive. Quality Docs needed to develop a new, market-leading website. The main objectives of the project were to:
- Build on current strengths in processes, people and systems
- Continuously meet or exceed the needs of customers over time with improved customer experience
- Develop a proposition that embraces all segments
- Ensure the new website delivers against key business goals and user needs
We carried out a thorough user experience design project to ensure that the new website will fully supported both business goals and user needs. We delivered a full suite of designs for numerous user journeys, based on comprehensive user research that we carried out. Our responsive designs were evaluated to ensure the most successful solution possible.
